Delivery and payment
Dear customers!
We ship orders by carriers Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta. Sending by Nova Poshta is carried out every day from Monday to Friday. Shipments by Ukrposhta can be deflated 2-3 times a week, depending on the number of orders.
Regarding the exact timing of shipment, our manager will inform you when processing your order.
Please note that transport services are paid separately and by carriers' tariffs.
International shipments of your orders are also carried out. Tariffs are calculated individually depending on your country and wishes regarding the delivery service!
It is possible to pay for the order in full according to the details of the company, which will be provided to you in a convenient way for you when processing the order.
You can also purchase goods by cash on delivery with a minimum prepayment of 100.00 UAH.
Please note that in case of refusal or non-collection of the parcel within 7 days of storage, the prepayment is not refundable and compensates for the transport services provided.
